About Me (she/her)

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of clinical experience with children, teens, adults, and families.  I have enjoyed transitioning into working predominantly with adults in my private practice.  I received my Masters in Social Work from University of New England and my Bachelors in English from Connecticut College. 

 

I was born and raised in Midcoast Maine.  After attending college out of state and exploring the world a bit, I realized my heart belongs to Maine.  I love the Brunswick community, and I am thrilled to live and work here.   I'm an social introvert, and I bring those quiet strengths of building close connections, thoughtful listening and deep reflection to my work.   I love to cook, try new foods, travel, read, and get outside.  I enjoy time with my family, my cats, and my chickens.
